The image captured here reminds me of childhood and fairy tales. The two friends pictured here and I found ourselves exploring and playing behind the large bushes in the girl's backyard. Underneath the plants it was as if entering another world, and the photograph captured my feelings of this imagined landscape.

I especially enjoy the illustrative poses the two were making in the moment. It tells a story to me of the boy traveling with a walking stick to come across a girl perched in the branches beneath a magical filtered sunlight of another world.
